Want to save money so you can have more money?

There are so many ways to cut costs, many people don’t even realize.

And actually, it becomes a fun game.

1. Stop buying things

Duh, you’ll have more money if you spend less money. First we’ll talk about cutting out all unnecessary spending.

  • Clothes
  • Products
  • Eating out, buying drinks when eating out
  • Cutting out subscriptions.
  • wear flip-flops so you don’t have as much laundry to do.

2. Switch to cheaper alternatives

  • Generic products, 2nd hand, hand me downs from friends, buy from other countries (products & medical procedures etc)
  • public transpo instead of uber/driving
  • combining subscriptions to family plans. or buying subscriptions from cheaper countries.
  • different debit cards, or money conversion plans.

3. Get stuff for free

why buy when you can get for free. you’d be surprised how many things are available.

  • LOST AND FOUND in hostels/hotels. tons of personal products, shampoo, soap, insect repellant, no need to buy those common items, etc.
  • free furniture, clothes, shoes. many people are clearing out space in the house. they just want it gone asap. many people are moving and can’t take things with them.
  • volunteer or work at commercial places, so you get free entry/stay. also nice way to meet people. gym, hostel, cowork, etc.

4. Sell off things you don’t need

everybody has tons and tons of things. this also clears more space in your life and allows you to rent smaller. detach yourself and be free!

  • clothes
  • electronics
  • tools and household things
  • cute little decor pieces
  • travel items, luggage, etc.
  • lifestyle items – many people buy for one trip and never use again, they get a baby or change hobby. travel, sports, music equipment, pet stuff.
